All courses are initially set up with the SLATE Course Homepage. By default, this course homepage consists of a two-panel layout and three widgets; Announcements, Content Browser, and Calendar.
Widgets are “building blocks” of homepages. You can create, edit, delete and customize them. You can add widgets to a custom homepage and you change the layout.
