Entering Attendance Data

 

  • Click Management>Attendance. 
  • Click on the Attendance Register you want to enter attendance data for.
  • Click the  attendance icon icon beside the session you want to enter attendance for.

 

Entering Attendance for Individual Users:

  • Under the Attendance Status heading select the drop-down menu beside the user you want to enter attendance for.  Select the appropriate status for each user.
  • When you are finished entering attendance data click Save.  

 

Entering Attendance for Multiple Users:

Select the checkboxes beside the users with the same status.

  • Select attendance icon Set Status.
  • A pop-up window will appear.  From the status drop-down select a status.
  • Click Save.
  • When you are finished entering attendance data click Save.
