Creating Attendance Schemes

  • Click Managment>Attendance
  • On the Attendance page, select Attendance Schemes.
  • Click on New Scheme 
  • Enter a name for the attendance scheme under the Name heading.
  • Under the Attendance Statuses heading enter a symbol, full status name and an assigned percent (if the attendance will be graded) for each status.
  • If you need more than three statuses, click Add Statuses. Enter a number in the corresponding field to add multiple statuses simultaneously.
  • Click Save. 

  • On the Attendance Scheme page, Set the new scheme to default by clicking the Set button.
