The Classlist tool can view who is enrolled in a course, check users’ online statuses and send emails or pager messages. As an instructor, you can use the classlist to enroll and unenroll instructors from the course.
To access, click Management>Classlist from the Course Nav Bar.
Check who’s online from Classlist
- The Online Status icon displays beside the names of other users who are currently online. (green icon)
Send an email from Classlist
- Select the check boxes beside the users you want to email and click Email.
- Enter your subject and message in the appropriate fields. You can click Browse to add an attachment.
- Click Send.
