Start and End Dates

  • Courses are loaded into SLATE 3-4 weeks before the semester start date for course preparation.
  • The course will appear for students in SLATE 4 business days before the first scheduled class or the first day of the semester, depending upon the enrollment. Ensure your class is ready to go before that date. The course end date is the course end date + 8 days.

Within SLATE, these dates define when students gain and lose access to course materials, quizzes and assignments.
