Add Course Overview Widget

 
The Course Overview widget is added to all the default SLATE course homepages. If your course has a custom homepage, you must manually add the widget to your homepage by following these instructions.

  • Click Course Admin
  • Choose Homepages

  • Click the Active Homepage. In this example, it is named Home Page.

  • Scroll down until you see the Widgets. Click Add Widget in the location you want to add the widget.

  • From the list, scroll down until you see Course Overview. Select it and then click Add.

  • You will see the Course Overview added. Click Save and Close. Then navigate your course homepage, and you will see the widget. (Keep in mind the widget is only visible to you, not students)
