- Click Management>Attendance
- On the Attendance page, select Attendance Schemes.
- Click on New Scheme
- Enter a name for the attendance scheme under the Name heading.
- Under the Attendance Statuses heading enter a symbol, full status name and an assigned percent (if the attendance will be graded) for each status.
- If you need more than three statuses, click Add Statuses. Enter a number in the corresponding field to add multiple statuses simultaneously.
- Click Save.
- On the Attendance Scheme page, Set the new scheme to default by clicking the Set button.
