    You will get access to SLATE closer to the start of the semester and will only be able to see your course on the first day of the class.

    I am not sure it is because I am early to be logging into slate or because I have not gone through course selection since I will be attending come September 2020, or if their is an actual problem with my authorization logging into slate. Every time I try to get started and login it says
    “There was a problem processing your authentication.
    Your username/password was invalid or your particular user does not exist on our system.

    If you have any questions please see your system administrator.”
    I am not sure what is occurring and I want to make sure that before school starts remotely online in September that I am able to access Slate.

    I am not able to login to slate due to which i have to face so many problems during my exams every time before my exam i am not able to login slate page even i fill my username and password but it says me wrong password so i reset my password from the IT service desk but still it not working properly i have reset my password four -five times from IT service desk but now again when i tries to open slate page it is not opening. i have to complete my projects and assignments but due to this issue i am facing so many problems please give some permanent solution to me that how my slate app works.

    Thank you for the note, Aretha. No, you will not be able to access your class until the first scheduled date of your course.

    Even if the start date has not passed, you should not be getting errors. Make sure you are using Chrome or Firefox as your browser. You might get an error if you are using other non-supported or updated browsers.

    If you are still running into issues after you try another browser and the start date has passed, please send me an email with all your details and I will look into it.

    Hi Ms. Frost, your reply is unclear. The question is – can I access Slate before the start date. Once in Slate it is clear that the student must wait for the course to begin before accessing the course material. I too get an error message saying =Sheridan Login Service – Error
    An error occurred: NoSuchFlowExecutionException. I just want to access Slate to see if my course is there.
    Please advise.

    If you change your password, sometimes it will take 24 hours for it to sync to all the systems. If you are still running into issues, please let us know.

    My WiFi is connected with Sheridan College through my login information, and I am also able to login into “Access Sheridan” but I don’t know why the same username and password is not working for logging into slate..

    Brian,
    Thank you for the message. To change your password, you will need to do it through Access Sheridan. Once you login, go to the very bottom and you will see a change password link at the very bottom. Your login for Access Sheridan and SLATE are always the same.
