This enhancement improves consistency and eliminates the need to use multiple tools for retraction tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The bulk&nbsp;<strong>Retract Feedback<\/strong>&nbsp;option allows instructors to choose how many learners to retract published feedback from.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selective retraction is also supported. Instructors can select users by checking the box next to their names and then clicking&nbsp;<strong>More Actions<\/strong>&nbsp;&gt;&nbsp;<strong>Retract Feedback<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The&nbsp;<strong>More Actions<\/strong>&nbsp;&gt;&nbsp;<strong>Retract All<\/strong>&nbsp;option retracts feedback for all users, regardless of which users are selected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/us.v-cdn.net\/6036482\/uploads\/9E46GSTMKP6W\/nim-3867-bulk-retract-feedback-en-us.png\" alt=\"Retract All option selected from More Actions menu in Submissions list.\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Figure:&nbsp;From the&nbsp;<strong>Submissions<\/strong>&nbsp;page, click&nbsp;<strong>More Actions<\/strong>&nbsp;and select&nbsp;<strong>Retract All<\/strong>&nbsp;to remove published feedback in bulk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After clicking&nbsp;<strong>Retract All<\/strong>, instructors are notified of the number of evaluations to be retracted and must confirm by clicking&nbsp;<strong>Retract<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/us.v-cdn.net\/6036482\/uploads\/HE680XOZ15UO\/nim-3867-bulk-retract-feedback-confirm-en-us.png\" alt=\"Confirmation dialog to retract feedback for learners with Retract and Cancel buttons.\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Figure:&nbsp;A confirmation dialog displays the number of learners affected. Click&nbsp;<strong>Retract<\/strong>&nbsp;to proceed or&nbsp;<strong>Cancel<\/strong>&nbsp;to exit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Previously, instructors could only retract feedback individually in the Assignments tool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Notifications \u2013 Unsubscribe from all | New<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To improve user experience and reduce unwanted emails, notification emails from Brightspace now include an&nbsp;<strong>Unsubscribe<\/strong>&nbsp;link. Selecting the link opens a confirmation screen that allows users to opt out of email notifications, including instant and summary notifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><br><img src=\"https:\/\/us.v-cdn.net\/6036482\/uploads\/XAQAUTEAO8A5\/print-notes.png\" alt=\"This is the paper note and pencil icon used for notes.\"><\/td><td><strong>Note:<\/strong>&nbsp;The&nbsp;<strong>Unsubscribe<\/strong>&nbsp;link does not require the user to enter Brightspace login credentials, which allows users without access to opt out directly.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Previously, users without login access could not unsubscribe unless they logged in to adjust their notification settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Administrators must enable the new&nbsp;<strong>d2l.Tools.Notifications.Email.UnsubscribeLink<\/strong>&nbsp;configuration variable. This configuration variable is&nbsp;<strong>OFF<\/strong>&nbsp;by default. The&nbsp;<strong>Unsubscribe<\/strong>&nbsp;link only appears if the configuration variable is set to&nbsp;<strong>ON<\/strong>. If left off, the&nbsp;<strong>Unsubscribe<\/strong>&nbsp;link does not appear in notification emails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/us.v-cdn.net\/6036482\/uploads\/JTC8C7BRCQTO\/email-unsubscribe-shield-9335-en-us.png\" alt=\"Brightspace confirmation message stating successful unsubscription from notifications and course update emails.\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Figure: The\u00a0<strong>Unsubscribe All Notifications<\/strong>\u00a0confirmation page appears after clicking\u00a0<strong>Unsubscribe<\/strong>\u00a0in an email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Groups \u2013 Export group enrollment data | New<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Instructors can now export group enrollment data from the Groups tool to support easier attendance tracking, group-specific class lists, and contact list creation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A new&nbsp;<strong>Export<\/strong>&nbsp;button now appears in the Groups tool for users with the&nbsp;<strong>Manage Groups and Categories<\/strong>&nbsp;permission. Instructors can use this button to export group data to a CSV file. The exported content includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Group category details<\/li><li>Group names<\/li><li>User enrollment information<\/li><li>Enrollment dates<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You can choose a specific group or all groups within a selected category to include in the export.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><br><img src=\"https:\/\/us.v-cdn.net\/6036482\/uploads\/XAQAUTEAO8A5\/print-notes.png\" alt=\"This is the paper note and pencil icon used for notes.\"><\/td><td><strong>Note:<\/strong>&nbsp;User details, such as First Name, Last Name, and Username, only appear if the user&#8217;s role has the appropriate&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/community.d2l.com\/brightspace\/kb\/articles\/4514-user-information-privacy-permissions\">User Information Privacy permissions<\/a>&nbsp;to view user data.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Previously, there was no built-in method to export group data or user enrollment dates from the Groups tool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/us.v-cdn.net\/6036482\/uploads\/SPH2SFTIBAOP\/groups-exportbutton-shield-8980-en-us.png\" alt=\"Manage Groups page showing group list and highlighted Export button\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Figure: From the Manage Groups page, click&nbsp;<strong>Export<\/strong>&nbsp;to download group data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/us.v-cdn.net\/6036482\/uploads\/PPUS14HH2WCI\/groups-exportpage-shield-8980-en-us.png\" alt=\"Export page with select category, select group dropdowns, and export button for groups\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Figure: From the\u00a0<strong>Export<\/strong>\u00a0page, use the\u00a0<strong>Select Category<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Select Group<\/strong>\u00a0drop-downs to choose the desired group set, then click\u00a0<strong>Export<\/strong>\u00a0to download group data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Pulse \u2013 View recurring events | New<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pulse now displays recurring events from the\u00a0<strong>Events<\/strong>\u00a0tab. This ensures that any recurring events that an instructor creates using the Calendar tool properly displays in Pulse. Previously, recurring events did not display in Pulse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Quizzes \u2013 Enhanced Learner Submission View | Updated<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The quiz submission page now features a sleeker, modernized layout.
