{"id":24056,"date":"2023-08-01T13:25:20","date_gmt":"2023-08-01T17:25:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ltsadev.sheridanc.on.ca\/apps\/wordpress\/learning-and-technology-portal\/?p=24056"},"modified":"2023-08-01T13:25:20","modified_gmt":"2023-08-01T17:25:20","slug":"bulk-editing-content","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ltsa.sheridancollege.ca\/digital-learning-support-hub\/bulk-editing-content\/","title":{"rendered":"Bulk Editing Content"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Bulk Editing Content<\/h1>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>To bulk edit the modules and topics in your course, select <strong>Content&nbsp;<\/strong>and then select&nbsp;<strong>Table of Contents&nbsp;<\/strong>on the left. &nbsp;Click&nbsp;<strong>Bulk Edit.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Once you have selected bulk edit, there are several things you can change:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click&nbsp;<strong>Add dates and Restrictions&nbsp;<\/strong>to limit the availability of modules or topics in your course.<\/li>\n<li>Click&nbsp;<strong>Add a Description&nbsp;<\/strong>to write a description for a module or topic.<\/li>\n<li>Select&nbsp;the&nbsp;<strong>Published (Draft)&nbsp;<\/strong>icon to change a module or topic&#8217;s visibility (hide\/unhide).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5 style=\"padding-left: 30px\">Note: Modules or topics in draft status are not visible to students. &nbsp;When a module is in Draft Status, all topics within that module will be hidden from student view.<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Click on the&nbsp;<strong>Trash<\/strong> icon to delete modules and topics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><\/h4>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bulk Editing Content &nbsp; To bulk edit the modules and topics in your course, select Content&nbsp;and then select&nbsp;Table of Contents&nbsp;on the left. &nbsp;Click&nbsp;Bulk Edit.
