They must be exported from the Forms tool in one course and imported into the Forms tool in another course.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright  wp-image-8599\" src=\"https:\/\/ltsa.sheridancollege.ca\/learning-technology-portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2014\/09\/ExportForm1.jpg\" alt=\"ExportForm1\" width=\"383\" height=\"278\"><\/p>\n<h4>Exporting a Form:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Within the course where the forms reside click on&nbsp;<strong>Edit Course.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Select&nbsp;<strong>Forms&nbsp;<\/strong>from the Course Administration page.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the checkboxes beside the forms you want to export.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the <strong>Export<\/strong>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ltsa.sheridancollege.ca\/learning-technology-portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2014\/09\/Export.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-8601\" src=\"https:\/\/ltsa.sheridancollege.ca\/learning-technology-portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2014\/09\/Export.png\" alt=\"Export\" width=\"26\" height=\"24\"><\/a>&nbsp;icon.<\/li>\n<li>A pop-up window will appear. &nbsp;When the export folder is ready you can click on the link to download the zip folder. &nbsp;Save this folder to your computer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Importing a Form:<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/ltsa.sheridancollege.ca\/learning-technology-portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2014\/09\/ImportForm.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright  wp-image-8604\" src=\"https:\/\/ltsa.sheridancollege.ca\/learning-technology-portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2014\/09\/ImportForm.jpg\" alt=\"ImportForm\" width=\"327\" height=\"261\"><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Within the course where you want to import the form click on&nbsp;<strong>Edit Course.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Select&nbsp;<strong>Forms&nbsp;<\/strong>from the Course Administration page.<\/li>\n<li>Click&nbsp;<strong>Import Form Template.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Under the Import File heading select&nbsp;<strong>Choose File.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Locate the file on your computer and click&nbsp;<strong>Open.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Click&nbsp;<strong>Next.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ltsa.sheridancollege.ca\/learning-technology-portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2014\/09\/import2.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-8607 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/ltsa.sheridancollege.ca\/learning-technology-portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2014\/09\/import2.png\" alt=\"import2\" width=\"325\" height=\"238\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Once the folder is uploaded you will be taken to a page to Review the Form Templates available in the folder.<\/li>\n<li>Select the <span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>X&nbsp;<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li>Click&nbsp;<strong>Import&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Click&nbsp;<strong>Done<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Making a Form Available:<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright  wp-image-8616\" src=\"https:\/\/ltsa.sheridancollege.ca\/learning-technology-portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2014\/09\/avaialble.jpg\" alt=\"avaialble\" width=\"377\" height=\"320\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>On the Manage Form Template page click on the pencil icon for the form you want to make available.<\/li>\n<li>Select&nbsp;<strong>Edit Form Template Details&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Under the &#8216;Make Available To&#8217; heading select the checkbox beside &#8216;Current Org Unit&#8217;.<\/li>\n<li>Click&nbsp;<strong>Save.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Forms do not copy between courses when using the Import \/ Export \/ Copy Components tool.
