{"id":23553,"date":"2023-07-26T08:58:48","date_gmt":"2023-07-26T12:58:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ltsadev.sheridanc.on.ca\/apps\/wordpress\/learning-and-technology-portal\/?p=23553"},"modified":"2023-07-26T08:58:48","modified_gmt":"2023-07-26T12:58:48","slug":"adding-course-results","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ltsa.sheridancollege.ca\/digital-learning-support-hub\/adding-course-results\/","title":{"rendered":"Adding Course Results"},"content":{"rendered":"<hr>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center\">&nbsp;Note: You can only import course results for current courses. &nbsp;Previous semester offerings will not appear in the course list.<\/h4>\n<hr>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Within ePortfolio click&nbsp;<strong>My Items.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em\">Click&nbsp;<\/span><strong style=\"line-height: 1.5em\">Add&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>From the drop-down menu select&nbsp;<strong>Course Results.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>On the Add Artifact page select the course you want to import results from by clicking on the course name.<\/li>\n<li>&nbsp;Under the &#8216;Select Course Results&#8217; heading select the checkboxes beside the results you want to import.<\/li>\n<li>Click&nbsp;<strong>Next.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright wp-image-7306\" src=\"https:\/\/ltsa.sheridancollege.ca\/learning-technology-portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2014\/08\/AddCourseResult2.jpg\" alt=\"AddCourseResult2\" width=\"410\" height=\"323\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An artifact will be created for each course result that is being imported into ePortfolio.<\/li>\n<li>&nbsp;You can change the name of the artifacts and provide a description. &nbsp;For dropbox results you can also select to include the files submitted to the folder.<\/li>\n<li>Create tags or add existing tags to help identify the collection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5 style=\"padding-left: 30px\">Tags are words you associate with an object (artifact, collection, etc.) to make items easier to find.
