{"id":23482,"date":"2023-07-25T10:55:47","date_gmt":"2023-07-25T14:55:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ltsadev.sheridanc.on.ca\/apps\/wordpress\/learning-and-technology-portal\/?p=23482"},"modified":"2023-07-25T10:55:47","modified_gmt":"2023-07-25T14:55:47","slug":"sharing-your-eportfolio-internally","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ltsa.sheridancollege.ca\/digital-learning-support-hub\/sharing-your-eportfolio-internally\/","title":{"rendered":"Sharing your ePortfolio Internally"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Sharing your ePortfolio Internally<\/h1>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\nYou can share items with other users in your organization by selecting individual users, all users in a course or group you are enrolled in, or a previously saved sharing group.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Assign permissions for a user or group of users<a href=\"https:\/\/ltsa.sheridancollege.ca\/learning-technology-portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2014\/08\/Share3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright  wp-image-7415\" src=\"https:\/\/ltsa.sheridancollege.ca\/learning-technology-portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2014\/08\/Share3.jpg\" alt=\"Share3\" width=\"390\" height=\"246\"><\/a><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 1em\">Within ePortfolio select the&nbsp;<\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 1em\">My Items<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 1em\">&nbsp;tab.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Locate the presentation or item you want to share and click on the drop-down arrow beside the title.<\/li>\n<li>From the drop-down menu select&nbsp;\u200b&nbsp;<strong>Share<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Select when you want users to see the item in the Visibility section of the Sharing Setting dialog.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ltsa.sheridancollege.ca\/learning-technology-portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2014\/08\/share5.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright  wp-image-7424\" src=\"https:\/\/ltsa.sheridancollege.ca\/learning-technology-portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2014\/08\/share5.png\" alt=\"share5\" width=\"338\" height=\"458\"><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click&nbsp;<strong>Add Users and Groups<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Browse for the users or sharing groups you want to add.<\/li>\n<li>Use the&nbsp;Search for&nbsp;field to narrow your browsing results.<\/li>\n<li>Click on users or sharing groups in the browse listing to add them to the Selected Users list.<\/li>\n<li>Click the&nbsp;<strong>Remove<\/strong>&nbsp;icon beside users or sharing groups you want to remove from the Selected Users list.<\/li>\n<li>Select the permissions you want the selected users to have and click&nbsp;Add.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5 style=\"padding-left: 30px\">NOTE&nbsp;You can adjust permissions for individual users by clicking the&nbsp;Edit Permissions&nbsp;icon beside their name in the Sharing List grid.
