Then select the <strong>Upload<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ltsa.sheridancollege.ca\/learning-technology-portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2015\/04\/Screenshot_2015-04-14__2_47_PM.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-11351\" src=\"https:\/\/ltsa.sheridancollege.ca\/learning-technology-portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2015\/04\/Screenshot_2015-04-14__2_47_PM.png\" alt=\"Screenshot_2015-04-14__2_47_PM\" width=\"496\" height=\"324\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The imported percentage grade will then be displayed in the Roster Grade Column. The results of the import and the file used for the import will be displayed at the bottom of the screen. Correct any errors if need be.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>Verify the \u2018Grades loaded Successfully\u2019 matches the number of students in the class.\u00a0 If not verify the withdrawal status of missing students.<\/li>\n<li>If you have added a Demo Student to your class it will be included in the SLATE export.\u00a0 This error can be ignored.<\/li>\n<li>Mac users may see an error indicating a student \u2018USER ID\u2019 not found on the Grade Roster.\u00a0 This error can be ignored.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>When you\u2019ve completed entering and verifying all of the grades for the class, select<b> Approved <\/b>from the <b>Approval Status <\/b>drop-down menu and click the <b>Save<\/b> button. You can enter partial grades for the class and save them by clicking the <b>Save<\/b> button. This will allow you to exit this system, if you wish, and enter the rest of the grades for the class at another time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center\"><b>NOTE<\/b>: You can change grades up until the grade submission deadline by changing the\u00a0approval status from <b>Approved<\/b> to <b>Not Reviewed<\/b>. Once the submission deadline has\u00a0passed, the grades are automatically submitted and the record is locked.
