{"id":23147,"date":"2023-07-24T09:33:33","date_gmt":"2023-07-24T13:33:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ltsadev.sheridanc.on.ca\/apps\/wordpress\/learning-and-technology-portal\/?p=23147"},"modified":"2024-03-22T18:30:17","modified_gmt":"2024-03-22T18:30:17","slug":"share-kaltura-video-with-a-specific-person","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ltsa.sheridancollege.ca\/digital-learning-support-hub\/share-kaltura-video-with-a-specific-person\/","title":{"rendered":"Share Kaltura Video with a Specific Person"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li>Open SLATE and click <strong>My Media<\/strong>\u00a0tab from the homepage.<\/li>\n<li>To the right of the video, you\u2019d like to share, select the pencil icon.<\/li>\n<li>Choose the <strong>Collaboration<\/strong> tab, then <strong>Add Collaborator<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Type the name of the user you\u2019d like to share the video with, then select the appropriate permissions.\n<ul>\n<li>Co-Editors can edit the video<\/li>\n<li>Co-Publishers can publish the video to other courses<\/li>\n<li>Co-Viewers can view the video<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Once you\u2019ve selected the appropriate permissions, click <strong>Add<\/strong>\u00a0to add your collaborators.<\/li>\n<li>The person you added will now be able to see your video in their My Media in SLATE<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Open SLATE and click My Media\u00a0tab from the homepage.
