Kaltura provides a centralized platform for video collection, allowing instructors and students to create, manage, and share media content seamlessly.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Sheridan&#8217;s Kaltura Guidelines<\/h2>\n<p>Please refer to the <a href=\"https:\/\/ltsa.sheridancollege.ca\/learning-technology-portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2017\/08\/Sheridan_Kaltura_Guidelines_V2.0-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sheridan_Kaltura_Guidelines_V2.0<\/a>\u00a0 for detailed instructions on how content within Kaltura is managed at Sheridan College. From here, you can edit videos, create clips from your videos, and delete and publish your videos into the Course Media Gallery.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"s2\">Media Upload: Upload a video. Ensure you own the copyright to any video uploaded into SLATE.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/knowledge.kaltura.com\/help\/kaltura-personal-capture-overview\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kaltura Capture<\/a>: This is the next-generation personal video capture product. You can share videos within any course you are enrolled in and find or create one. You can easily edit these options within the gallery and allow public or private comments.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kaltura Tip:<\/strong> If you are trying to locate Kaltura Capture within Course Media, you will not find it.
